Ingredients
2 heads iceberg lettuce, chopped
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 lbs ground beef
1 party-size bag Doritos, crushed
2 family-size bottles Catalina dressing
Salt & pepper or taco seasoning (to taste)
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; brown 2 lbs ground beef with seasoning, draining excess grease.
Chop lettuce and dice tomatoes while beef cooks.
Combine chopped lettuce, cooked beef, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and crushed Doritos in a bowl.
Add Catalina dressing just before serving and gently toss to coat.
